Abstract

This study aims to determine how the analysis of library services at the library and archives office of Riau province. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative analysis. The indicators used are the Service System, Human Resources for Service Providers and Service Infrastructure Facilities. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data collected by observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of observations, questionnaires and interviews in the Research Analysis of Library Services at the Office of the Library and Archives of Riau Province, it can be concluded that library employees have followed according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), service times are in accordance with operating hours and the digitization system made by library and accurate service procedures are clearly displayed to facilitate visitors. Librarians know their duties in their respective fields and provide clear and understandable information by users. And because of budget constraints, there is a lack of book collections in the library, so the facilities and infrastructure for now must be improved again, and also trying to take a budget to improve facilities and infrastructure because this library is old.
