Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the subdistrict coordination function in community empowerment activities in the subdistrict Balai Jaya district Rokan Hilir along with the obstacles. This research uses quantitative methods. namely definitions, measurements, quantitative data and objective statistics through scientific calculations derived from sample of people in the population who are asked to answer a number of questions about surveys to determine the frequency and percentage of their responses. The result of the study indicate that : the implementation of the subdistrict coordination function in community empowerment activities in the subddistrict Balai Jaya districts Rokan Hilir is considered quite accomplished. this means that some of the indicators have not been implemented opyimally, because there is still a lack of coordination of community empowerment activities, Camat it is considered that there is still a lack of information regarding community empowerment activities so that there are still many from the community empowerment activities so that there are still many people who do not know about these activities.
