Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out how the implementation of service quality in creating customer satisfaction at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara in Bagan Sinembah District, RokanHilir Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara in Bagan Sinembah District, RokanHilir Regency, 36 people and 1,967 customers, using purposive sampling technique. Therefore, the sample used in this study is 1 leader, 7 employees and 95 customers. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the above calculations, it is known that the implementation of service quality in creating customer satisfaction at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara in Bagan Sinembah District, RokanHilir Regency is in the high category, this service quality includes Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, high Assurance so that customer satisfaction increases.
