Abstract

This study aims to analyze and analyze the application of experiential marketing at the Futsal Sport Center in Pekanbaru City. Experiential Marketing is an approach or marketing strategy in which a company or marketer focuses on touching the emotions and feelings of consumers. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis. The number of samples in this study were 62 people. The results showed that overall experiential marketing at the Futsal Sport Center in Pekanbaru City was in the good category. As for the overall experiential marketing in both categories. The highest score in experiential marketing analysis is the dimension of think with indicators Foster motivation so that consumers feel comfortable when playing futsal and the lowest score in experiential marketing analysis is the feel dimension with indicators of the relationship of interaction between consumers and futsal field voters.
