Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF DISTRIBUTION OF SPECIAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THE RIAU PROVINCE GOVERNMENT TO COMMUNITIES AFFECTED OF COVID-19 IN SIDOMULYO BARAT SUB-DISTRICT, TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU ABSTRACT The emergence of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak has made people all over the world have a bad impact on people's lives and cause panic. In this case, the Indonesian government does not remain silent, starting from giving many appeals such as Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to avoid the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) to the Indonesian people and providing assistance to the community in overcoming the Covid-19 outbreak so that run effectively and efficiently. In particular, the Pekanbaru City Government provides assistance to small communities and workers who have been laid off, and others by issuing a policy for the Distribution of Special Financial Assistance for the Riau Provincial Government to people who are socially affected by the Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic. The research method uses qualitative research methods as data collection techniques and direct interviews with informants such as the Head of the West Sidomulyo Village, the Head of the Pekanbaru City Social Service, and the Executor of Other Aid Distribution. The results showed that the implementation of the distribution of special financial assistance to the Riau Province government in the West Sidomulyo Village went quite smoothly, it looks like the indicators of human resources in the implementation of the distribution of executor assistance are experienced in this matter which makes the distribution of aid run smoothly, and the indicators of the Bureaucratic Structure are clear things This can be seen from the issuance of regulations and policies issued by the Government regarding the distribution of aid. However, this implementation still has shortcomings in terms of communication between the organizers of special financial assistance in the West Sidomulyo sub-district, especially communication to the community in terms of confirming how residents get assistance, where residents who ask about this to the kelurahan do not get a definite answer. .
