Abstract

Micro financial service unit (ULAMM) is the financial loan service for micro trade with guided for expand their trade. This research purpose is to analyze consumer behavior influence factors to get financial loan in micro financial service unit (ULAMM) Ujung Batu. Research type that used are quantitative research type, it’s mean the research which stress at numerical data by statistic method processing, so that able to get grade result toward every variable. Collecting data method done by question list, interview, observation, and documentation. And use sample drawing technical that is incidental sampling technical for drawing sample to 30 consumer. And variable operational of this research are Culture, Social, Personal, Psychology. The result research is to all indicator which influence category. The conclusion is to show that analyze factors consumer influence to get financial loan at micro financial service unit (ULAMM) in Ujung Batu from 4 indicator is influence. The writer advice for micro financial service unit (ULAMM) Ujung Batu is more promote the product to society so that many people know micro financial service unit (ULAMM).
