Abstract

This study aims to find out how the work discipline of employees at the Singkep Coastal Sub-District Office, Lingga Islands, Riau Regency, the indicators used include time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline. The type of descriptive research is the data collected from the results of interview research, first processed and added from the results of the study using questionnaires and observations then drawn conclusions and explanations of the research results. Data is presented in quantitative form in the form of formal data obtained from the results of research at the location. In this study, there were 21 respondents consisting of 1 sub-district head, 1 secretarial secretary, 3 supervisors, 2 sub-district heads and 14 staff. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The chosen technique was saturated sampling (census). Types and techniques of data collection consisted of primary data collected by questionnaire technique, and secondary data by interview collected by observation technique, while data analysis technique used frequency table, based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Employee Discipline Analysis at the Singkep Pesisir Sub-district Office Lingga Regency, Riau Archipelago is in the Implemented assessment.
