Abstract
EVALUATION OF SOCIAL SERVICE STANDARDS TRESNA WERDHA KHSUNUL KHOTIMAH RIAU PROVINCE, PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT DESY INDAH SARY This study aims to determine the Service Standards of the Social Services UPT Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Riau Province Pekanbaru City Marpoyan Damai. The indicators the author uses include increasing spiritual needs, improving skills, knowing the advantages of social services, how the Service Business communicates properly, adapting and helping individual problems, then this research is a descriptive qualitative method that departs from data, observations, interviews and documentation as a collection tool. data. The population in this study were the head of the UPT, the Head of Sub-Division for Administration, Social Service Development, Social Services and mentors for the guidance of the elderly and elderly. analysis to explain the research objectives to be compared with theories related to the title of the study to conclude that the Evaluation of Service Standards of UPT Social Services Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Riau Province Pekanbaru City is Good but has not run optimally.
