Abstract

The achievement of a goal cannot be separated from monitoring activities to achieve predetermined goals. Monitoring the activities of the Health Office of the City of Dumai, Production Section of the Refillable Drinking Water Depot, East Dumai Regency by establishing standardization of the use of management, touch and location equipment. But in fact, this is still a problem where many refill water depots have not set consumption standards, this is because the monitoring activities carried out by the Dumai City Health Office have not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine as well as the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Dumai City Health Service Supervision of Production of Refill Drinking Water Depot in East Dumai Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Discussion on the supervision of the Dumai City Health Office on the Production of Refill Drinking Water Depot in East Dumai Regency has not been implemented optimally with the monthly monitoring activities of Refill Drinking Water business actors. Conclusion The supervision of the Dumai City Health Office on the Production of Refillable Drinking Water Depot in East Dumai Regency has been carried out but has not been carried out optimally so that there are still many business owners who have not set a standard of feasibility for consumption starting. starting from touch, equipment used, and management location. Researchers suggest that the Dumai City Health Office exercise the same control over the business of the Refill Drinking Water Depot by determining the time for monitoring activities, the Refill Drinking Water Depot should increase the number of officers in monitoring activities, and carry out socialization and outreach. cooperation with the community who owns the Drinking Water Depot business.
