Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the work of employees in the Sub-Division of Personnel and General Education of the Riau Province. This study uses a descriptive survey research with a quantitative method approach, this research was conducted at the Sub-Division of Personnel and General Education of the Riau Province, as for formulation of the problem, namely how the effectiveness of the work of employees in the Sub-Division of Personnel and General Education of the Riau Province. The indicators used are the ability to adapt, work performance and job satisfaction. Types and techniques of data collection in this study is by way of observation, namely conducting direct observations of the object under study, questionnaire is a way to get data with the problems studied. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of observations, questionnaires, and interviews of the work effectiveness research of employees at the Sub-Division of Personnel and General Education of the Riau Province it can be concluded that this research is categorized as quite effective. This is because there are still employees who have not improved discipline and there are still employees who have not received an award while working. Thus the author suggests to the leadership to enforce sanctions for employees who violate the rules, it is hoped that in the future the facilities and infrastructure will have complete facilities to support the performance of employees in a organization and an employees jab is in accordance with their respective duties to improve the vision and mission of the organization.
