Abstract

The purpose of the authors of this working paper is to find out the problem to be discussed is how to manage incoming an outgoing mails, what obstacles are faced with managing incoming and outgoing mails, and what efforts are being made to overcome barriers to managing incoming and outgoing mails on sub. division general and logistics section in the office of the election commission of riau province in order to be able to encourage the success of achieving the office’s objectives. Starting from the outhor’s interest to raise the title of the management of incoming and outgoing letters because of the curiosity of the author of the analysis of the management of incoming and outgoing letters. Letters are one pf the tools and means of communication besides telephone, radio, telegram, telex, and so on. Therefore the letter must be managed property and correctly. Considering that the function of the letter is quite important, the agemcy should also endeavor to have a modern archive (letter) storage process that can be carried out properly and follows the available procedures. Because it can facilitate the search for these letters.
