Abstract

ABSTRACT Supervision of the distribution of 3 Kg LPG is important to ensure smooth and affordable services and fulfill the needs of 3 Kg LPG for the community, it is necessary to supervise and monitor the distribution of 3 Kg LPG from distribution irregularities, violations of the highest retail price (HET), scarcity and misuse of 3Kg LPG. Supervision intends to supervise the distribution of 3 Kg LPG so that it is targeted effectively and efficiently, considering the increasing demand for 3 Kg LPG. The main problems of the research are First, How is the Supervision of the Distribution of 3 Kg Lpg in Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District by the Industry and Trade Office of Pekanbaru City, Second, How is the Imposition of Sanctions in Supervision of the Distribution of 3 Kg Lpg In Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District by the Industry and Trade Office of Pekanbaru City . This research is observational research by means of survey research, while its nature is descriptive, that is, where this research provides an overview of a complete, detailed and clear statement. The results of the research are that the supervision of the distribution of 3 kg LPG in the Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District by the Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Office is not optimal, this is because there are still bases of 3 kg LPG gas that have not fully carried out the distribution process in accordance with the regulations set by the Pekanbaru Mayor Decree No. 430 of 2015 concerning Determination of the Highest Retail Price of 3 Kg LPG Cylinders in Pekanbaru City. such as differences in retail selling prices, circulation of cylinders and misuse of 3 Kg LPG gas, as well as irregularities in distributing 3 Kg LPG gas in Pekanbaru City, and the Imposition of Sanctions in Supervision of 3 Kg Lpg Distribution in Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District by the City Department of Industry and Trade. Pekanbaru is for warnings/sanctions that have been given to agents and distributors for those who are proven to have made mistakes in the process of distributing 3 Kg LPG gas, but for the time being the warnings given are still light sanctions, namely verbal reprimand, reminding that no strict sanctions have been given because is still in the process of being carried out by the Government but if there is a major error, strict action will be taken so that no damage occurs in the future.
