Abstract
THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE KAMPAR DISTRICT HEALTH OFFICEThis study aims to determine and analyze work discipline on employee performance and to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kampar District Health Office. The sample technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 51 employees. Then the technical analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study that Work Discipline and Employee Performance have a strong relationship, then the results of the study show that Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Kampar District Health Office.
