Abstract

This study wanted to find out and analyze the service at identity card the Pasir Limau Kapas sub-district office on community satisfaction in the Identity Card service. Community satisfaction is the main factor that must be considered by service providers. because community satisfaction will determine the success of the government in providing services. The lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure at the Pasir Limau Kapas sub-district office has been brought up by information, and all the people who were informants said this. Facilities and infrastructure should have the main function of accelerating the process of carrying out work so that it can minimize the time so that phenomena that occur during recording, many problems arise in its implementation, such as errors in technical facilities and infrastructure in the recording process. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the analysis of E- id card services at the sub-district office of Pasir Limau Kapas, Rokan Hilir Regency based on the Community Satisfaction Index and to find out what obstacles were in the analysis of identity card services at the sub-district office of Pasir Limau Kapas, Rokan Hilir Regency based on the index. Community Satisfaction in Service. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research, which can be interpreted as a problem solving process that is investigated by describing the state of the research subject based on the facts that appear during the research and then proceeding based on existing theories. As for the results of this study, the identity card service at the Pasir Limau Kapas subdistrict office is still not good because there are still many people who are not satisfied with the existing services.
