Abstract

ABSTRACT HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN IMPROVING COMPETENCY ADVANTAGE AT BMT AL-ITTIHAD PEKANBARU BY DEWI AYU LESTARI 172310081 Human resource development ia a scheduled effort and continuous that done by an organization to improve organization performance and skill, trhough development program and staff training, in improving human resource competency advantage was very influence on better performance compared to others organization in company. This research conducted in BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. Research formulation in this research questioned how human resorce development strategy at BMT Al-Ittihad and how was the implication of human resource development strategy in improving competency advantage at BMT Al-Ittihad. Meanwhile the purpose in this research examined to know human resource development strategy and the implementation of human resource development strategyin improving competency advantage at BMT Al-Ittihad. This research used qualitative, and the informant in this research was branch office leader BMT Al-Ittihad, AO,CS, and teller at KSPPS BMT Al-Ittihad rumbai branch pekanbaru. Data collection technique in this research used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis with inductive approach in drawing conclusion from the data. Research finding on human resource development strategy in improving competency advantage had been applied maximally at BMT Al-Ittihad and it gave positive impact and supported employee performance productivity, such as supervision, evaluation, giving rewards and job promotion.
