Abstract

Implementation of the Camat's Duties in the Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure At the Head Office of Limapuluh Kota Pekanbaru By: Nabila Legna Sakila 167310770 Abstract “This study aims to: 1) find out the implementation of the sub-district head's duties in maintaining office facilities and infrastructure in the Limapuluh Kota Pekanbaru sub-district, 2) find out the obstacles that arise in the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure. This research method uses a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure in the Limapuluh Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City was not optimal. Maintenance carried out in the form of routine, periodic, preventive, and repressive maintenance. The planning for the maintenance of office facilities is carried out once a year and is compiled centrally. The implementation of the maintenance of office facilities has not run optimally because not all office facilities can be maintained and are not carried out regularly so that there are still damaged office facilities. Supervision of the maintenance of office facilities is carried out by other employees who use these facilities. Evaluation of the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure has not been maximized because it is only done verbally by direct officers. Maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure is routinely carried out every day. Office infrastructure maintenance planning is carried out once a year and compiled centrally. Supervision of the maintenance of office infrastructure is carried out by other employees who use the infrastructure. The obstacles that arise in the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure are limited funds and limited human resources for the maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure.
