Abstract

Agroindustry of Liberika Meranti Ground Coffee in Kedabu Rapat Village Rangsang Pesisir Sub-District of Meranti District Island (Case Study in CV. Zaroha), under the Guidance of Mr. Ir, Salman, M.Si Liberika Meranti Ground Coffee is one of important export commodity. It is strongly essential as a life source for farmer and Coffee businessman of Liberika Meranti. Other than that, Liberika Meranti Ground Coffee is plantation commodity that hold important role in the economy of people in Kedabu Rapat Village Rangsang Pesisir Sub-District. The purpose of this research is to know about: 1) The characteristic of businessman and CV. Zaroha profile 2) The availability of raw materials, production technology, and production process of Liberika Meranti Coffee 3) Production costs, revenue production, efficiency, and added-value to the business of Liberika Meranti Coffee. The Method of this research used case study. The collected data consists of secondary data and primary data. The analysis used is the Hayami method. The research result revealed the age of Liberika Meranti Coffee businessman is 32 years old and the time of education is 16 years. (undergraduate degree). The experience in business is 7 years and the number of dependents in the family is 3 people. Agroindustry business Profile (CV.Zaroha) has 3 workers. The area of production land and house is 2 Ha. The startup capital is IDR 63.813.000,- The business scale Agroindustry of Liberika Mersnti coffee CV Zaroha is included household scale. Raw materials for coffee beans gelondong obtained from farmer of Liberika Meranti Coffee in Kedabu Rapat Village. Technology that is used is semi-modern because it has already used production machine that generated per one process of production with raw materials coffee beans gelondong. The average is 100,00 kg and produced Liberika Meranti Ground coffee around 7,13 kg. The total cost is IDR 848,845. The gross income CV Zaroha is IDR 1,426,000 and net income is IDR 577,155. The efficiency of business is 1,68. The added value obtained from coffee processing gelondong per process of production became Liberika Meranti Ground Coffee of CV Zaroha is IDR 6,887,21/kg raw materials.
