Abstract
This research was conducted on the economic business of urban savings and loans (UEK-SP TANKAP) in the tanjung Kapal village which aims to determine whether the application of accounting in the economic savings and loan business (UEK-SP TANKAP) is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The data used in the study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the economic business of the village-savings and loans (UEK-SP TANKAP) in the village of Tanjung Kapal in the application of accounting has not been applied as a whole and is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
