Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Audit delay, and Client company growth on Auditor switching . The total population is 148 companies. Sampling uses the purposive sampling method and the sample becomes 25 financial companies. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using secondary method using secondary data obtained from company financial statements. The method of data analysis uses logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that Audit delay have an effect on Auditor switching, while Client company growth have no effect on Auditor switching.
