Abstract
Rigid Pavement Road Construction is a type of pavement that uses concrete as the main material for the pavement. Rigid pavement consists of layers of base course A and base course B. In the implementation of large-scale pavement, heavy equipment is needed to support the work. The role of heavy equipment is needed to speed up work. Productivity is related to the problem of limited time so that it has an impact on project implementation time. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of heavy equipment, to determine the cycle time of heavy equipment, to determine the productivity of heavy equipment, and to determine the effect of cycle time and productivity of heavy equipment. The method used in the analysis of the effect of cycle time on productivity is the multiple linear regression method. Multiple linear regression method is an analysis that is used simultaneously to test the effect of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable with an interval scale. Based on the results of productivity analysis on base course A and base course B. On base course A, for analysis of excavator productivity per hour is 156.31 m3/hour, and cycle time is 16 seconds. Dump truck productivity per hour is 2,342 m3/hour, and cycle time is 382.68 minutes. Bulldozer productivity per hour is 52.576 m3/hour, and cycle time is 65.55 seconds. The productivity of the vibratory roller per hour is 44,196 m3/hour, and the cycle time is 31,95 seconds. The effect of cycle time on productivity on base course A is Y = 34.254 - 2.685X1 + 0.221X2 - 0.174X3 + 0.10X4. While on base course B, for analysis of excavator productivity per hour is 125.55 m3/hour, and cycle time is 18 seconds. Dump truck productivity per hour is 2,337 m3/hour, and cycle time is 383.63 minutes. The productivity of the bulldozer per hour is 37.703 m3/hour, and the cycle time is 91.1 seconds. The productivity of the vibratory roller per hour is 66,296 m3/hour, and the cycle time is 34.3 seconds. The effect of cycle time on productivity on base course B is Y = 23.831 – 1.650X1 + 0.195X2 – 0.115X3 + 0.000X4.
