Abstract

Indonesia has 126 industrial estate locations which will continue to grow over the increase time and economic development. The existence of industrial areas can have a negative impact on the natural and surrounding environment due to waste generated from production activities. To overcome this impact, it is necessary to apply the greenship aspect with the concept of a sustainable development supported by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), with one of the tools published is version 1.0 of Greenship for Neighborhood. This study aims to determine the application of the Greenship for Neighborhood aspect version 1.0 in the Ecogreen Industrial Estate Pekanbaru area and the value and ranking that will be obtained. The study was conducted with a qualitative and quantitative using primary data using the observation data which is use the observation forms and interview forms that are adjusted based on the Greenship for Neighborhood assessment version 1.0 rating tools and used secondary data a neighborhood masterplan. The results showed that the value of the Ecogreen Industrial Estate Pekanbaru in the category of Land Ecology Improvement (LEE) 16 points, Movement and Connectivity (MAC) 0 points, Water Management and Conservation (WMC) 12 points, Solid Waste and Materials (SWM) 12 points , Community Wellbeing Strategy (CWS) 4 points, Building and Energy (BAE) 7 points, and Innovation and Future Development (IFD) 2 points. So the overall score is 53 points from a maximum value of 121 points, with an achievement weight of 43.8%. Based on this value, the Pekanbaru Ecogreen Industrial Estate area received a Bronze rank.
