Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours and production value on the income of flower board craftsmen in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study were all of the flower board craftsmen in Pekanbaru City, namely 196 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. So the sample in this study were 36 flower board craftsmen. The data collection techniques used were open questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. . From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously the variable working hours and production value have a positive and significant effect on the income of flower board craftsmen in Pekanbaru City.
