Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of employee work stress at PT. Perawang Restu Experience in Siak Regency. The research method used is descriptive method that is by analyzing the data collected through questionnaires from the results of the study and linked to the theoretical basis in the literature review. The data collection using a questionnaire with a research sample of 39 respondents, namely project employees at PT. Perawang Restu Experience in Siak Regency. The results of data analysis research in this study can be seen that employees of PT. Perawang Siak's Restu Experience experiencing work stress can be seen from the answer 39 respondents who are in the Agree category because the number of scores obtained is 1,481. the dominant indicator causing work stress is work schedule at PT. Perawang Restu Experience is not in accordance with the needs of employees in completing work. PT employees. Restu Experience Perawang often works beyond predetermined working hours such as working late into the night and irregular working hours on holidays are often told to work because companies that use their services want to use on holidays so as not to interfere with company activities on working hours.
