Abstract

CULTURAL INFLUENCE OF THE ORGANIZATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE OFFICE OF SUPERVISION AND CUSTOMS SERVICE TYPE CUSTOMS B PEKANBARU PEKANBARU BRANCH BY: INDRA IRAWAN NPM : 135210748 This research was conducted to find out and analyze the cultural influence of the organization on the performance of employees of the Office of Supervision and Service Customs and Excise Type Customs B Pekanbaru Branch Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Branch. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The respondents were 66 employees of the Customs and Excise Section to sample the research. From the results of the study it is known that the culture of the organization has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type Customs Type B Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Branch with a large influence of 25.9%.
