Abstract

Workover and Well service work is a routine work of repair and maintenance on production wells, either in the form of replacing oil lifting equipment to changing well reservoir parameters. This is done to repair and maintain the well so that it always produces according to the predetermined potential. The AR-1 well is one of the wells that can still be maximized, but in April 2014 this well was closed because there was no more fluid produced or natural decline. Until 2019, this well has just carried out workover work on the AR-1 well with reperforate the same zone. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an economic analysis on workover work on the AR-1 well using a gross split contract scheme. Based on the analysis of economic calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the workover work on the AR-1 well has economic value, by analyzing the value of economic indicators in the form of NPV, IRR, and POT values using a gross split contract scheme of MUS $ 197.6, 190%, 0.345 Years , and the government part of MUS $ 700.22 while the contractors get a profit of MUS $ 246.78, from the sensitivity calculation seen from the NPV value, the most influential parameter seen from the slope is the oil price.
