Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of Statistical Quality Control methods in maximizing product quality control at PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Desa Terantang Manuk Pelalawan Regency. Product quality control is very necessary so that the quality of the resulting product remains stable and maintained. The analysis used is descriptive analysis with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The results of this study are that there are still discrepancies between the standards set by the company and the results found in the field. Based on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) analysis with control charts X and R it is known that the expected standard level by the company is still not reached. Where the results of the sample quality requirements are still outside the control limits. Factors that influence it are humans, machines, raw materials, work environment, and work methods.
