Abstract

This research is titled The implementation of teacher learning in the field of Indonesian language studies in Sma Negeri in Bangkinang Sub-District of Kampar Regency. The implementation of learning in the world of education is one of the steps that must be taken by an educator / teacher. The implementation of successful learning will facilitate teachers in the learning process in the classroom. Observations made by the authors found teachers still rarely prepare students psychically and physically to follow the learning process. Teachers almost never explain the basic learning goals or competencies that will be achieved. Teachers rarely conduct the process of exploration, elaboration and confirmation in learning. Teachers also rarely conduct assessments or reflections on activities that have been carried out consistently and programmatically. The problem of research is how to conduct teacher learning in The Field of Indonesian Studies in Sma Negeri Se- District Bangkinang Kota Kampar Regency. This research aims to decrypt, analyze, and interpret how the teacher's learning implementation in Bahasa Indonesia field of study at Sma Negeri Se- Bangkinang District of Kampar Regency during preliminary activities, core activities and closing learning activities. The theory used in this study is kunandar theory (2011). The population in this study is indonesian teachers se- Bangkinang Kota sub-district. This research method is a quantitative method. The technique used in this study is to use questionnaires. the results showed that the implementation of teacher learning in Bahasa Indonesia at Sma Negeri Se- Sub-District bangkinang Kota Kampar district in the implementation of preliminary learning activities is in the category of poor (42.5%) and the hypothesis is rejected. Researchers found that the implementation of teacher learning in Bahasa Indonesia at Sma Negeri Se- Bangkinang District of Kampar Regency in the implementation of core learning activities is in the category of quite good (56.2%) and the rejected hypothesis is accepted. Researchers found that the implementation of teacher learning in Bahasa Indonesia implementation in Sma Negeri Se- District Bangkinang Kota Kampar district on the implementation of closing learning activities is in the category of poor (45.3%) and the rejected hypothesis is accepted. Based on the hypothesis test conducted to determine the implementation of teacher learning in the field of Indonesian language studies in sma negeri in Bangkinang District of Kampar Regency, the large coefficient of determination is 0.591 containing the understanding that the implementation of teacher learning in the field of Indonesian language studies in Sma Negeri Se- Bangkinang District of Kampar Regency in the implementation of core learning activities is in the category of 59% or good enough.
