Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, know and explain the effect of price and promotion on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorcycles on the CV. Prima Motor Pasirpangaraian (Case Study of Rambah Jaya Village Community of Rokan Hulu Regency). This study uses quantitative methods by managing data obtained from the population and a sample of research as many as 100 respondents and 1 person PIC CV dealer. Prima Motor and 1 marketing chairman. The type and source of data used in the study was to use secondary data and primary data where data collection through questionnaire dissemination and conducting interviews. Then virgin the data that has been collected by the author identifying and grouping data using descriptive analysis methods that conduct research from data that has been found in the field. From the results of the study processed price variables are in the agreed category, promotional variables are in the agree category and purchasing decisions are in the agree category. The promotional variable is in the agreed category and the purchase decision is in the agree category. Then from the calculation of statistics there are results where prices and promotions significantly affect the decision to buy Honda Beat motorcycles on the CV.
