Abstract
ABSTRACT EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE ANALYSIS IN PT. ALAM TAKAMBANG JADI GURU OF WEST SUMATERA BY: MUHAMMAD RIZKI NPM: 135210478 This study aims to determine and analyze the work discipline of employees at PT. Alam Takambang Becomes West Sumatra Teacher. The population in this study were employees totaling 30 people using the census method. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study with descriptive analysis. The results of the study were obtained, namely the employee work discipline variable of PT. Alam Takambang Becomes West Sumatra Teacher with indicators of achievement and ability, role models of leadership, inherent supervision and application of sanctions are in the agreed category. Employees have obeyed the rules set by the company in the hope that with the discipline that has been carried out by the employee, the employee's work will be even better and other impacts will be rewarded by employee benefits from the results of the work discipline.
