Abstract
This study aims to see and analyze the effect of work life and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT. Titis Sampurna Inspection-IPT Consortum Duri Bengkalis. The research used the Probability Sampling technique with the census method, using a sample of 36 respondents. The Research data were obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature study and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used Classical Assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the variabels work life balance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyality at PT. Inspection of Titis Sampurna Inspection duri Bengkalis . Work Life Balance and job satisfaction simultanneously on employee loyality at Pt. Titis Sampurna Inspection. The value of determination obtained is 0.752 or 75.2% and the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
