Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the effect of teamwork and creativity on employee performance at PT Telkom Telecom. This type of research is quantitative that looks at the influence of teamwork variables (X1) and Creativity (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Telkom Pekanbaru. The population in this study are employees who are at PT. Telkom Pekanbaru, and the sample of this study amounted to 35 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used SmartPLS 3.0 which looked at the variance between the constructs that were affected, namely the T-Statistic Test and P-Value. The results of this study indicate that teamwork and creativity partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Telkom Pekanbaru. It is proven that the T-Statistic value is greater than 1.96 and the P-Value is smaller than 0,000.
