Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of accounting information systems, work experience and motivation on individual employee performance. The population in this study are all employees of printing firm listed on Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kota Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Total samples that fill the questionnaire of this research amounted to 38 people consisting of employees who work by using accounting information system that is, manager, accounting, finance and cashier. The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system, and motivation effect to individual employees performance. But work experience not effect to individual employees performance.
