Abstract

Dewi Yulita (154110104), research with the title "The Effect of Bokashi Weed and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 on Growth and Production of Long Bean Plants (Vigna sinensis L)". The research has been carried out at the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University. The study was conducted for 3 months from August 2019 to November 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the main and interaction effect of Bokasi Weed Fertilizer and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 on long bean plants. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the application of bokashi weed fertilizer (B) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 480, 960 and 1440 grams per plot. The second factor is the provision of NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 (N) fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 14.4; 28.8; and 43.2 grams per plot. so that obtained 16 treatment combinations. Each treatment combination consisted of 3 replications, so that 48 experimental units (plots) were obtained. The parameters observed were flowering age, harvest age, number of pods planted, length of pods planted, number of remaining pods. The research data were analyzed statistically and further tested by BNJ at the 5% level. The results showed the significant interaction effect of Bokasi Weed Fertilizer and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 on flowering age, harvesting age, pod weight per plant, number of pods per plant, long tar pods, number of remaining pods. The best treatment combination was Bokasi Weed 1,440 g / plot and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 28,8 g / plot (B3N2). The main effect of giving Bokasi Weed is significant for all parameters. The best treatment was giving Bokasi Weed 1,440 g / plot (B3). The effect of applying NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer is significant for all parameters. The best treatment was giving NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer 28.8 g / plot (N2).
