Abstract
Application Thesis of Department Informatics Engineering Islamic University of Riau is an application that utilizes information technology to help facilitate the management of administrative documents related to registration and admission of informatics engineering students. This study aims to make a special registration design and thesis examination for Department informatics engineering Islamic University of Riau. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach, which is descriptive research, which is to see or describe the incidents of the events under study. To collect data and research information carried out through interviews with people who are considered difficult to provide information about thesis document management, thesis registration and examination, through observation, as well as documents related to research studies to drawing conclusions. The results of the research are in the form of registration and examination of Department informatics engineering Islamic University of Riau, starting from registration and seminar fees, seminar results to seminars consisting of web-based.
