Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see whether the work environment and motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Office. The population in this study were employees of the production section, amounting to 61 people. The sample of this study used probability sampling, namely 61 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26, namely T-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity in the production section of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Office.
