Abstract

Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is carried out with online distance learning, in fact, it is not as common as students are biased to take part in online distance learning. This problem will certainly be a very serious obstacle, especially in the interaction and communication between teaching staff and students and communication between students and other students is also disrupted. These problems can be overcome by applying hybrid learning-based learning. The purpose of the study was to see the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in hybrid learning-based learning in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Riau Islamic University. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data source used is a data source in accordance with revew articles in journals and books that support this study, primary data data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The location in this study is at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Riau Islamic University. The data processing application used in this study is SPSS V.21. The results showed that there was an effectiveness of interpersonal communication in hybrid learning-based learning in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau Islamic of University.
