Abstract

This research is motivated by the rise of family karaoke places in the city of Pekanbaru, one of which is Family Box. The purpose of this study was to find out the opinion of visitors about the service at the family karaoke family box. Service is the focal point in this research because a successful company is driven by one of the services provided as loyalty mediated through visitor trust. To achieve this research, the researcher applies descriptive qualitative methods through data collection techniques through an in-depth interview process between researchers and the four informants regarding Visitor Opinions About Services at Family Karaoke Family Boxes through three aspects, namely Affect or feelings (emotions) of the informant experiencing an unpleasant experience. when visiting the Family Box but the problem does not need to be exaggerated because this is a service offered to the public for sure any service that is not good will be corrected, Behavior or the behavior of the informant accepts service behavior such as room offers, prohibitions, directions to the room, directions in use media search song, Cognition or understanding (reasoning) informants admit that regarding the services provided by Family Box as a whole have achieved what they want such as being given good service, relatively cheap prices and they also have hope in the future where it would be better if Family Box tried to eliminate the negative stigma about family karaoke which in fact is still being used as a forum for immoral acts, drug transactions and other bad deeds.
