Abstract

ABSTRACT FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CATTLE FARMING BUSINESS IN KARYA LESTARI GROUP IN KECAMATAN KERUMUTAN KABUPATEN PELALAWAN By: AGNES TRI SULISTIAWATI 155210446 The research aims to find out the feasibility of developing cattle farming businesses in Karya Lestari group in Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan based on investment assessments in conventional perspectives and islamic perspectives. The basic method of research is descriptive with case study techniques. The location of the research was done in karya lestari group in Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Analyze data in a conventional perspective using payback period, NPV, PI, and IRR eligibility criteria. Meanwhile, analysis of islamic perspective data uses GVM, GI, and ISM criteria. Based on data analysis in conventional perceptions, namely Payback Period (PP), namely 4 years 3 months 25 days, NPV of IDR 381,737,379.97, PI of 2.341677801, and IRR of 47.03% ,. From this conventional perceptual analysis it can be concluded that the cattle breeding business carried out by the Karya Lestari farmer group is feasible to be developed because the business has met the requirements of a business multiplication study. Based on the analysis of data from an Islamic perspective, the GVM value is 216.43 grams, the GI value is 1.213 and the ISM value is 13.99%. From these data it can be concluded that the business is feasible to run, because based on a business feasibility study with an Islamic perspective, the business has met the criteria in an Islamic perspective business.
