Destination study this that is identified level danger flood in the Siban sub- watershed , identified level vulnerability social , identification level vulnerability economy , identify level vulnerability physique and identified level vulnerability environment in the SUB watershed area of Siban . Study this use method study quantitative and qualitative where Study quantitative is study systematic scientific approach that emphasizes on evaluation numeric on phenomenon studied or in other words using numeric data Whereas study qualitative is research that means for understand phenomenon about what happened by subject research , for example behavior , perception , motivation , action and others with method description in form of words and language . Data in study this collected through Step pre field , field and Step post field . The results of this study are the level of flood hazard in the Siban Sub- watershed area is divided into 3 levels, namely low, medium and high. The flood area with low flood hazard level conditions has an area of 629.3 Ha, the flood area with moderate flood hazard level conditions reaches 9,741.8 Ha, High hazard level conditions have an area of 5,644.8 Ha. Based on the results of the scoring analysis, the level of social vulnerability has a low level of social vulnerability. The results of the economic vulnerability scoring analysis have a low level of economic vulnerability. The results of scoring the physical vulnerability level, the Siban Sub- watershed of Pekanbaru City has a high level of physical vulnerability in the Tampan and Payung Sekaki sub-districts, moderate in Senapelan sub-district and moderately low in Marpoyan Damai and Sukajadi sub-districts. The results of scoring the level of environmental vulnerability, the Siban sub-watershed has a low level of environmental vulnerability. .
