Abstract

The implementation of Village Government cannot be separated from the duties of the sub-district head in providing guidance to the Village Head as the administrator at the Village level However, coaching activities have not been carried out evenly so that the achievement of an orderly village government has not been maximally completed. This study aims to determine the implementation of the sub-district's duties in fostering an orderly village administration in Rokan Iv Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency and the inhibiting factors for the implementation of sub-district tasks in coaching. orderly implementation of village government in Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research method used is the quantitative method, where the data collection technique used is a questionnaire, namely giving a questionnaire to a predetermined sample. In addition to the questionnaire, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, namely reducing the data that has been collected, then presented in tabular form and then drawing conclusions. From the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the implementation of the camat's duties in fostering an orderly village government in Rokan Iv Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency is quite good It is known that the sub-district head has provided guidance to the Village Government, but these coaching activities have not been carried out comprehensively for the Village Government so that only a part of the Village Government participated in coaching activities. The conclusion is that the camat has not been maximal in carrying out population administration by providing guidance to the village government so that population administration service activities cannot be carried out optimally. Researchers suggest that the camat needs to provide the same guidance to the village government, the camat needs to determine the timing of coaching activities according to the previous schedule, and the need for the camat to increase his capacity in coaching. village administration.
