Abstract

The purpose in this research examined to know the school various cultures at Islamic junior high school Islamiyah Baru village Siak Hulu sub-district Kampar regency, how was the school effort in building diversity tradition at school. This research used descriptive qualitative. The subject in this research was teachers at this school and Osis Chairman at Islamic junior high school Islamiyah Baru village Siak Hulu sub-district Kampar regency. The object in this research was school effort in building diversity tradition at Islamic junior high school Islamiyah Baru village Siak Hulu sub-district Kampar regency. Data collection technique in this research used interview and documentation. Based on data analysis it could draw conclusion that knowledge and politeness school’s persons and combined with ability to get the trust from everyone that get impressive suggestion to other. This dimension according to teachers, staffs and headmaster that was skilled, professional and trained in play role to fulfill demands and students’ needs. Society and parents that had religious culture enabled to teach students to hold their emotion in building good character. When students had religious value in themselves, they would automatically wonted to discipline, and unite their feeling and zikr.
