Abstract

This study aims to produce e-booklet-based teaching materials on the subject matter of the human excretory system for class XI students of SMA Pekanbaru. This research is a type of research and development with the development of the ADDIE method. The subjects of this study were students of class XI at SMA YLPI Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru, SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru. The research data was obtained from validation sheets that were assessed by material experts, media experts, as well as response questionnaires obtained from the results of a limited trial from students and teachers. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the validity of teaching materials based on the results of validation by material experts is in the very valid category with an average percentage of 89.43% (very valid), the validation results of media experts get an average percentage of 81.94% (very valid). ), the results of student trials get an average percentage of 87.27% (very valid), and the results of the responses by three biology teachers get an average percentage of 84.01% (very valid), based on these several categories, it can be drawn the conclusion that the teaching materials developed are very valid, and can be used as teaching materials that can help the learning process and get a positive response from students.
