Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on customer satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Futsal Tifosi field. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study was the total number of members in 2018 in the Pekanbaru Futsal Tifosi field, while the sample consisted of 95 respondents using the purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample based on certain characteristics or characteristics based on the characteristics of the population. The results of the data collection method used were questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Pekanbaru Futsal Tifosi field where the regression coefficient value is 0.388. This coefficient value is significant because tcount (6.273) > t table (1,986); (2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Pekanbaru Futsal Tifosi field where the regression coefficient value is 1.339. This coefficient value is significant because tcount (21.036)> ttable (1.986).
