Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of village fund management in the Kerinci Right Village, Kerinci Right District, Siak Regency in fulfilling the principles of transparency and accountability in accordance. This research is aqualitative research. The results of this study are that the village government of Kerinci right is transparent enough, but there are several aspects that must be paid more attention to, namely, related to the provision of information media and information boards that contain information about activities being carried out by the village in terms of managing village funds that are easily accessible or visible. Public. Meanwhile, in the accountable stage, it has fulfilled the principles of Accountability at the planning, administration, and accountability stages. While in the implementation stage, and reporting is not fully appropriate because in the implementation stage where receipts and disbursements of village cash are not carried out with village accounts but check books. And in the reporting stage where in terms of preparing the APBDesa realization report, the village government does not combine all reports in the second week of July.
