Abstract

This research is to describe the principles of Transparency and Accountability of the Village Government in managing village funds with the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability processes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that Jati Mulia Village is not yet transparent because it only fulfills several indicators that are not appropriate, namely MUSRENBANGDES. The government must be more assertive and the community realizes the importance of MUSRENBANGDES in realizing a prosperous village. Regarding the availability of information and information boards containing information about the village and the activities being carried out by the village in managing village funds. In terms of accountability, Jati Mulia village can already be said to be accountable because it has met the indicators. However, there are several aspects that need to be considered, namely in reporting indicators, village heads are more timely in reporting to the Regent/Mayor.
