Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze information on recruitment and selection of employees in the nursing department. This research was conducted at the Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital which is located on Jl. Jasmine, No. 60 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were several employees who applied for one year. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The total population is 23 people, namely permanent employees at the company. Meanwhile, the types of data sources were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used was the reliability test and the vadility test. The results of the overall study show that the respondents' opinion about the recruitment and selection of employees at the Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital is in the good category.
