Abstract
This study aims to analyze efficiency financial performance of National Zakat Institution (BAZNAS) in Indragiri Hilir Regency.This study uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the assumption of Constant Return to Scale. The approach used is the intermediation approach. Operational variables used are receive zakat funds,fix assets,allocated zakat fund and operating cost.The object in this research is financial report BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency in period 2017-2019. The result of these studies indicated that BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency , efficiency at the end of 2017-2019 was 100 percent. Efficiency goes on because the actual is same as a target that was determined by DEA
