Abstract
This study aims to determine the causes of fluctuating sales of urea at PT. Three Eternal Trinity. In this study, the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires and observations. The population of this study are employees of PT. Tiga Manunggal Abadi and consumers of urea fertilizer, where samples were taken as many as 30 people consisting of 10 consumers of shops and stalls, and final consumers of 20 people using the purposive method. The results of this study indicate that the factors affecting the sales of urea fertilizer at PT. Tiga Manunggal Abadi is caused by tight market conditions, poor company organizational conditions, and other factors that affect the company. For this reason, it is expected that the company must be able to make and implement a policy in the field of sales properly.
