Abstract
ANALYSIS OF MARINE FISH SUPPLY CHAIN IN PEKANBARU (CASE STUDY ON UD DELI BUKIT NELAYAN) BY: MUHAMAD ANDREAN NPM: 185210505 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the risk in the supply chain of marine fish in Pekanbaru (Case Study of UD Deli Bukit Nelayan). The object of this research was conducted at UD Deli Bukit Nelayan Pekanbaru with 16 internal company parties as informants (Samples) using the Purposive Sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and conducting library research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in descriptive form using the House Of Risk method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the marine fish supply chain at UD Deli Bukit Nelayan is not optimal because there are still risks that are difficult to predict and the low risk anticipation that has an impact on supply chain performance. Such as weather factors that are difficult to predict and delays in the delivery of raw materials from suppliers to UD Deli Bukit Nelayan due to technical constraints on transportation equipment while traveling which results in non-compliance with the specified schedule.
