Abstract

THE ROLE OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EMPLOYEES IN WATER REGIONAL COMPANIES DRINK (PDAM) TIRTA INDRAGIRI TEMBILAHAN BY : MUHAMMAD LATIF NPM : 175210409 This study aims to identify and analyze internal communications at the Tirta Indragiri Tembilahan Regional Drinking Water Company, and to determine and analyze the work effectiveness of employees at the Tirta Indragiri Tembilahan Drinking Water Company. The population in this study amounted to 122 employees at the Regional Water Company Tirta Indragiri Tembilahan. In determining the sample, the authors use a random sample selection technique (Simple Random Sampling) which then uses the Slovin formula to obtain a total sample of 55 employees. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative methods, then from the results of the study in a simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be concluded that overall there is a positive and significant influence between Internal Communication variables on the effectiveness of employees at the Regional Water Company Tirta Indragiri Tembilahan.
